The Zéphyr Beacon Standard V2 remote identification beacon allows any aircraft to comply with the decree of December 27, 2019. It is intended for drones not equipped by default with the device and which do not have an output. 5V.
It has a web interface that allows you to check the operation of the beacon and display other nearby beacons in reception mode.
Very easy to use, the beacon can be easily assembled and disassembled on the drone using the adhesive provided. A button turns the beacon on and off and an LED indicates its status. Its featherweight of only 19 g allows the device to be mounted on very small aircraft. Thanks to its built-in battery, rechargeable via USB, the beacon has an autonomy of 5 hours.
