Dronavia took its first steps in the heart of the Aéropôle Grand Nancy Tomblaine business park and quickly identified the growing opportunities in the drone safety accessories market worldwide. The first models of FTS and parachute were conceived, designed and tested on the DJI Inspire 1 drone model.

Dronavia is launching its first safety accessories for professional drones. The IDRsys parachute and FTS systems have been approved by the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) and are starting to be fitted on the drones of professional French operators. Our CO2 parachute triggering system obtains a patent, synonymous with a promising and reliable innovation.

The leader in France, with annual growth of more than 45% and a network of quality resellers, including some of the biggest players in the market, Dronavia decided to set up in Remiremont, in the Vosges, and launch a new range of products: Zéphyr, which already anticipates the new European regulations.

Building on its initial years of experience, Dronavia is developing a number of new products, including a parachute system with autonomous deployment, an automatic and intelligent FTS system with Geoacaging in partnership with Thales, a dust-removal drone for industry in partnership with Valmet, and an automatic parachute system for leisure drones.

Having become the European market leader, Dronavia now covers all the needs of professional drone operators, and is anticipating the implementation of the new European standard EN-4709 in order to bring all our systems into compliance. Dronavia is proud to be the first manufacturer to supply systems that comply with the MoC 2511 and MOC M2 published by the EASA.

Dronavia is also becoming the first to offer accessories kits to enable C3 to C5 UAVs to be marked, offering the possibility of flying in the STS-01 scenario.
